Adam Vibber was voted Gratiot County’s 2026 People’s Choice Best Real Estate Agent and Best Community Volunteer, marking the fourth consecutive year receiving both honors.

The 2026 Gratiot County People’s Choice Awards recognized Adam Vibber as Best Real Estate Agent and Best Community Volunteer for the fourth consecutive year, while Century 21 Lee-Mac Realty earned Best Real Estate Office for the 27th consecutive year.

There are moments in your career that remind you why you do what you do, and this is certainly one of them.

What makes this recognition even more meaningful is that it marks the fourth consecutive year I have received both of these individual awards. To know that this recognition comes directly from the people in the community I serve makes it one of the greatest honors I could receive.

When I began my real estate career in 2011, I set out with one simple goal: to help people make one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence.

Buying or selling a home is about much more than paperwork and transactions. It’s about families, new beginnings, major milestones, and building relationships that last long after the closing table.

Every client has a unique story, and I consider it a privilege to be trusted with such an important chapter in their lives. Being recognized as Gratiot County’s Best Real Estate Agent is a reflection of those relationships, and I am truly grateful for each and every client who has allowed me to be part of their journey.

Giving Back to the Community That Raised Me

Gratiot County has always been home.

Giving back to this community has never been something I felt obligated to do—it’s something I genuinely enjoy.

Whether serving as President of the Alma Highland Festival & Games, volunteering through the Alma-St. Louis Rotary Club, supporting local organizations, or helping with community events throughout the year, I believe strong communities are built by people who are willing to invest their time and energy into making them better.

Being voted Best Community Volunteer for the fourth consecutive year is incredibly humbling, and I am thankful to everyone who has allowed me to serve alongside them.
